This news is heartrending. Anyone who had the privilege of
working with him or interacted at least once with him would find it extremely
hard to image that tomorrow when we’d enter ODC and he will not be around.
Every time, any of my team member ask any question about promotion,
appraisal, leave or anything related I would simply say please write to Charu.
He would never get agitated with so many of silly queries from us.
I have never found him not replying any of our emails. Prompt,
kind, humane, pleasant, enthusiastic, selfless Charu was full of life.
He was so much more than helpful when I last interacted with him
for my MBA course for which I was seeking TCS sponsorship and approval. Not
only he was guiding me with all the prevailing rules but also with practicalities
– I can’t remember anyone else in my life who came this forward this selflessly.
He leaves a void that simply can’t be filled up. Why does the
nature, the almighty, the creator have to take this decision at this time.
Sadly this question will never be answered.
This is inarguably an irreparable loss to our organization and to
our team as a whole. While he left for his heavenly abode. I mourn with his near and dear ones. may God give his family the strength to come to terms with this irreparable loss.
